Withdrawal

From this page you can notify FUTNET of your decision to withdraw from the contract, under Article 12 of the Terms and Conditions. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of your request and the date and time it was sent.

Before you fill in the form

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract, without penalty and without giving any reason (Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Under Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply:

after the service has been fully performed, if you expressly requested that it begin before the 14 days expired;
to personalised or made-to-measure products, including evaluations compiled in physical or digital books.

As an alternative to this form, you can use the model withdrawal form in Annex A of the Terms and Conditions, or write to support@futnet.it. Using this form is not mandatory: an explicit statement is sufficient.
